August 2026

THE GREAT SLIM JIM ART CHALLENGE HAS BEGUN!

What can you create with a Slim Jim wrapper? Or a thousand?

Throughout the month of August, we're challenging our community to create original artwork featuring at least one real mini Slim Jim wrapper. Paint it. Sculpt it. Sew it. Crochet it. Build it. Collage it. We don't care how you make it, we just want to see where your creativity takes you.

Challenge Rules:
1. Your artwork must be your own original creation.
2. No AI generated artwork.
3. At least one real mini Slim Jim wrapper must be included in or attached to your artwork.
4.Any artistic medium is welcome.
5. Participate solo or as a team of two. (Artists may only participate on one team, or as an individual, not both.)
Entries must be delivered to Kestrel Cafe by 8:30 PM on Friday, September 4th!
The winning artwork will be chosen during our Fancy Slim Jim Art Show on Saturday, Sept 5th!

Grand Prize:
A Slim Jim! Street Cred! Mozzarella Sticks!

We genuinely have no idea what people are going to make, and that's exactly why we're excited. Let's get weird.
