We take our Perler beads seriously around here. Our Creation Station has lots of Perler colors and a variety of pegboard shapes, giving you plenty of possibilities for what to make. Follow one of our available patterns, change the colors and make it your own, use a pattern simply for inspiration, or skip the pattern entirely and freeform whatever you can imagine. Make a character, creature, symbol, pattern, tiny piece of pixel art, completely original design, or something wonderfully strange that exists nowhere outside your own brain. When your design is finished, our team will fuse it for you, especially for younger creators who shouldn't be handling a hot iron.

Draw it. Doodle it. Write something ridiculous. Make tiny art. Declare your love for your favorite thing. Then turn it into a button! Design your own artwork using our button templates and supplies, and when you're happy with it, we'll use our button maker to turn your creation into a finished button you can wear, pin to a bag, add to a jacket, or take home. You don't have to consider yourself an artist. A funny phrase, a smiley face, a tiny monster, your initials, an elaborate miniature masterpiece, or whatever else you dream up works just fine.

If digging through a giant collection of colorful little things sounds like your idea of a good time, this one's for you. We have tons of beads in different colors, shapes, sizes, letters, styles, and finishes ready to mix and match into your own creation. Spell out a name or message, pick a color palette, make something for a friend, embrace complete bead chaos, or just keep choosing whatever makes your brain happy until you've made something you love. As well as many colored cord for bracelet weaving. Make a bracelet, create something to share, or see what else you can dream up with a piece of string and a whole lot of beads.

Sometimes you just need a tiny canvas and some paint. Our mini canvas kits give you your own little surface to turn into whatever you'd like. Paint a landscape, a creature, an abstract design, your favorite colors, something silly, something beautiful, or something that makes absolutely no sense to anyone but you. There's no painting lesson and nothing you're supposed to recreate. It's your little canvas. See where it takes you. And because it's mini, you get the satisfaction of making a whole piece of art without committing your entire afternoon to it.

A few simple shapes can become a surprisingly large number of things. Our cardboard animal crafts are a fun, easy project for creators who want to cut, color, decorate, assemble, and invent. Follow the project as designed or start making changes and see what your creature turns into. Real animal? Imaginary animal? Creature nobody has ever encountered before? All perfectly acceptable.

The Creation Station isn't meant to stay exactly the same forever. Projects may come and go as supplies change, seasons roll around, we discover something fun, or somebody has the excellent idea of putting a bunch of interesting craft supplies together and seeing what happens. That means the choices you find one visit may not be exactly the same the next time you stop in. The important part stays the same: affordable, everyday creativity is here whenever you feel like making something. No registration. No schedule. No planning ahead. Drop in. Pick a project.
